<h2 class="p1"><span class="s1">Role Description</span></h2> <p>Aligning to our Customer Strategy & Operations <span class=" h-lparen">(CSO)</span> organization and partnering with our Global Sales and Channel Leadership Teams, this role will be responsible for owning and building a strong and flexible data foundation for Dropbox’s Sales Analytics team. This role will focus on driving consistency and scalability, bringing visibility to the metrics and insights that drive sales and channel performance, executing against business objectives, and driving operational excellence and governance inside of the team’s scope. </p> <p>As a Senior Insights Analyst, you will be working closely with Sales Leaders, Sales Strategy, Deal Operations, and Finance Leadership as a key business partner, as well as collaborating with the CX Analytics and Engineering team(s) around infrastructure and governance. </p> <p>This is a highly visible role that requires being able to link analytics to business implications, define the optimal data structure and foundation to support these analytics needs, and transform the output into actionable, high-impact recommendations that drives revenue growth . A strong understanding of a sales led SaaS model - both motions and metrics - is a must. </p> <p>We are looking for someone who gets excited about data and is driven by to find meaningful recommendations, construct intuitive visualizations, optimize data workflows, and be a strong mentor to team members on best practices and industry standards.  The right person for this role will value data-driven insights, have an analytical approach to problem solving, and thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment. </p> <h2 class="p1"><span class="s1">Responsibilities</span></h2> <ul> <li>Lead the scoping, design, and delivery of overall data requirements and schema design to support E2E reporting automation and standardization for Sales Analytics</li> <li>Drive standardization of data definitions aligned to industry best practices</li> <li>Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards, ad hoc reports, analyses and KPIs</li> <li>Mentor and guide execution towards best-in-class dashboards and scorecards to bring on-time, accurate visibility into sales organizational and seller performance and KPIs</li> <li>Significant experience working with larges amount of data and a deep understanding of statistical analysis, quantitative techniques, and qualitative assessment</li> <li>Synthesize and communicate data into an insightful story related to sales performance, forecasting, pipeline trends, productivity, customer value, and progress against industry benchmarks and sales methodology KPIs</li> <li>Collaborate with Sales Finance, Strategy, and Enablement to put forth executive-level recommendations that will decrease seller friction and accelerate revenue growth</li> <li>Build strong, cross-functional relationships, establishing credibility as a subject-matter expert in your field</li> </ul> <h2 class="p1"><span class="s1">Requirements</span></h2> <ul> <li><span class=" author-d-1gg9uz65z1iz85zgdz68zmqkz84zo2qovw8w7fz78zz76zz85z3z83zz85zqz85zpz74ziz66zaz82zsz73zz80z0z85zz81zz79zrpp4z69z">At least 8</span> years experience in B2B sales/revenue analytics or business intelligence functions with exposure to the broad revenue generation ecosystem</li> <li>Experience in Saas environment </li> <li>Extensive data visualization experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Excel <span class=" h-lparen">(or</span> equivalent tools)</li> <li>Proficiency in SQL and Python <span class=" h-lparen">(and/or</span> R) with exposure to/understanding of ETL principles and querying large data lakes <span class=" h-lparen">(e.g.,</span> Databricks)</li> <li>Ability to tackle and solve complex technical problems with little direction</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with expertise in contextualizing SaaS sales performance indicators</li> <li>Experience building automated analytics and scorecards using cloud-based platforms</li> <li>Strong and effective communication in technical and business settings, from IC to Executive</li> </ul> <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Passion for scaling and automation, with AI/ML experience a strong plus</li> <li>Experience monitoring and improving CRM data hygiene and operating requirements</li> </ul> <h2 data-usually-unique-id="044234883370604133046166"><span class=" author-d-1gg9uz65z1iz85zgdz68zmqkz84zo2qowz81zqz90zkz74zz76zeez80zz68zz89zz88zvqz86zuxlz73zexxz80zz73z6d6z72zz79zsz77z">Compensation</span></h2>
