AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Insurance Compliance and Quality Assurance Associate (entry level) to join our team! This position will assist the Compliance and Quality Assurance team in evaluating insurance applications and daily transactions for Club and Carrier defined compliance standards. Assigns leads from all distribution channels. Sells Club Memberships. Processes non-download carrier new business policies, renewals and amended declarations pages for all lines of business.   • The starting base compensation for this position is $12.83 to $29.99 hourly. The base pay range shown is a guideline for compensation and ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.

What we need from you:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 2 years of customer service experience in the Insurance industry.

  • Active Property & Casualty license preferred.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist with review and processing of Non-download new, renewal and endorsed business applications in order to meet Agency and Carrier defined guidelines.

  • Process incoming mail and lead distribution from various channels and systems.

  • Update and process pre-month-end new business EPIC coding and maintenance.

  • Process daily download files in suspense.

  • Performs general clerical duties including typing, correspondence and data entry within the Agency, Club and Carrier systems.

  • Protect and maintain account files and department records in accordance with the Agency and Carrier regulatory compliance requirements.

  • Complete monthly reports from Agency Accounting.

  • Receives incoming calls concerning club products and member services.

  • Sells Club Memberships, as warranted.

  • Perform special assignments throughout the department, as warranted.

  • Review various data elements as required to maintain integrity of the system.

  • Complete related tasks in support of the department as directed.

  • Other duties as assigned.
