Your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media. What You Bring:


- At least 6 months of customer service or call center experience preferred but no experience is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Comfort with desktop computer systems and proficiency using Windows
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Logical approach to problem-solving and an organized work style
- Ability to thrive in a remote, virtual team setting
- Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities
- You must be at least 18 years of age

Work from Home Setup Requirements:

- Reliable internet service with a minimum download speed of 15 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps
- Consistently low ping (under 50ms) and no packet loss through your ISP
- Connection must not be satellite, P2P, VPN, or mobile data (hotspots)
