With a focus on efficiency, integrity, and continuous improvement, you bring clarity and organization to complex environments, maintain oversight of moving parts, and consistently provide the steady support that drives progress and keeps projects moving forward.</p><p style="margin: 0 0 8pt"><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><ul style="margin-bottom: 3pt; margin-top: 0" type="disc"><li style="margin: 0">You ensure seamless daily operations by managing calendars, scheduling meetings and trainings, coordinating visitor access, and handling a wide range of logistical and administrative details.</li><li style="margin: 0">You support IT project teams by preparing agendas, tracking action items, updating documentation, and maintaining schedules, deadlines, and project tools to keep progress on track.</li><li style="margin: 0">You manage administrative and procurement processes—including budget tracking, invoicing, contract support, and the full RFP lifecycle—using systems like Oracle, PeopleSoft, and PM Web to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li><li style="margin: 0">You serve as a liaison across teams, vendors, and leadership by supporting onboarding, improving internal procedures, and maintaining clear, up-to-date communications and records.</li></ul><ul style="margin-bottom: 3pt"><li><span style="color: inherit">High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in public organizations, and strong writing skills.</span></li><li><span style="color: inherit">Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Outlook).</span></li><li><span style="color: inherit">Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and work independently.</span></li><li><span style="color: inherit">Effective verbal and written communication skills, thriving under pressure with initiative and minimal supervision.</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0 0 8pt"><a href="https://www.massport.com/sites/default/files/2025-08/Massport-Job-Description-IT-Project-Coordinator-8-29-25.pdf"><em>*Click here for detailed job description</em></a></p><p style="margin: 0"><span style="color: inherit">Collaboration with colleagues at all levels of leadership from all different disciplines, from Aviation to Maritime and beyond.
