You are a caring person who is not only a caregiver for our residents but also a friend. In this direct care role, you do more than help residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, and eating. You also develop personal relationships with them, so you can provide our residents with companionship and a conversation partner.When we host activities or community events, you gently encourage your residents to attend and socialize with others. Additionally, you keep living spaces clean, organized, and free of tripping hazards. When possible, you encourage independence and self-sufficiency during various activities.
