You’ll make a difference by:

- Delivering dynamic lessons tailored to each child using the KinderCare curriculum
- Fostering a supportive and safe classroom environment where children can thrive
- Mentoring and guiding less experienced staff members, modeling exemplary teaching standards
- Communicating proactively with families and building strong relationships to support the child’s growth
- Working collaboratively with fellow educators to reach enrollment, accreditation, and family engagement targets
- Connecting with parents, colleagues, regulatory authorities, and local organizations to strengthen community ties

We’re in search of candidates who bring:


- Organizational and communication strengths to thrive in a busy, evolving setting
- A CDA credential or the ambition to pursue NAEYC-approved credentials
- Any state-required training that applies
- Between 2 and 3 years of hands-on experience in Early Childhood Education
- A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred
- Willingness to satisfy all state and local qualifications for the position
- First Aid and CPR certification, or readiness to obtain them if not already held
- Comfort with technology, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and the flexibility to participate in both classroom and outdoor activities
- Commitment to direct involvement with children—focused on safety, participation, and developmental growth
- Fluency in English to effectively communicate with children, families, and colleagues

Wages for this position are competitive, with an hourly range of $18.50 to $36.15.
