Schedule: Monday to Friday. Must be available weekdays 8-5/9-6 and During 4th Quarter ½ day Saturday once per month.

Work Location: In person. With offices in South Austin (Montopolis and Burleson), we offer a fun, friendly, collaborative, and positive work environment with casual dress (you can wear shorts!), pleasant workspaces, paid training, and company perks.


Essential Functions:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to Retail Operations team during our peak season. This position will communicate cross-departmentally and the field to ensure issue resolution and escalation of issues to drive sales and operational success for our location.
  • Provide phone/email support to resolve time critical issues with a sense of urgency, incoming and outgoing.
  • Actively work incident queues and action requests to address issues based on level of urgency, and providing the highest level of service to the stores.
  • Assist in general data and metric analysis.
  • Log all communications with operators and employee managers in our tracking system.
  • Perform filing and other administrative task work for the team.
  • Utilize key checklists to ensure proper procedures and paperwork are in place at all locations and identify opportunities to correct.
  • Work cross-departmentally to provide support to multiple managers
  • Assist in kitting, mass mailings and related administrative functions.
  • Remit important document using electronic signature company.
