In this critical Master Teacher role, your responsibilities will include:


- Designing dynamic and individualized activities using KinderCare’s specialized curriculum
- Creating a welcoming and secure classroom that encourages every child’s growth
- Guiding and supporting your fellow educators, modeling effective teaching strategies
- Engaging families to foster positive child development and open communication
- Collaborating with colleagues on goals for enrollment, accreditation, and family engagement
- Building connections with parents, teachers, licensing authorities, and the wider community

We seek candidates who demonstrate:

- Strong organizational and communication capabilities to excel in a lively, fast-moving environment
- Either a CDA credential or the willingness to pursue NAEYC-approved certification
- Completion of all mandatory state training programs
- Two to three years of relevant experience in early childhood education
- A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred
- The ability to satisfy all state and local qualification requirements
- A current First Aid and CPR certification or readiness to obtain them
- Confidence with technology, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and readiness to participate in classroom/outdoor activities
- A strong commitment to working directly with children and prioritizing their safety and learning
- Fluency in English to communicate effectively with coworkers, families, and students
