Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize laundry, ensuring it is washed, dried, folded, and distributed.
  • Operate laundry machinery with safety and efficiency.
  • Keep track of laundry processes and report maintenance or safety issues.
  • Adhere to infection control and universal precaution policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Execute all other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in laundry services is a plus but not necessary.
  • Maintain a positive outlook and communicate effectively with coworkers and leadership.
  • Comply with all COVID-19 vaccination policies.
  • Capability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities like standing, bending, or walking for long periods.
  • Must work safely around cleaning products.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete routine tasks.
  • Must live within the designated service area.
