Job Type: full-time, Permanent (flexibility)

Starting Rate: $ 20.00 - 26.00 / hour

We're seeking a Warehouse Manager for our distribution center in Houston, Texas. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in the administrative and operational of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of our products.

A FORKLIFT LICENSE IS A MUST.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shipping Documentation: Prepare accurate and timely shipping documentation.

2. Communication: Collaborate closely with our head office and sales team to resolve shipment and inventory issues.

3. Quality and Delivery: Ensure quality objectives are met, and delivery deadlines are achieved.

4. Computer software’s and system: The ability to use Office Microsoft Suites and navigate through our ERP system.

5. Warehouse Maintenance: Perform daily warehouse maintenance tasks and keep the warehouse organized.

6. Inventory Management: Conduct monthly inventory counts, maintain accurate records and send this information to our head office.

7. Shipping and Receiving: Unload inbound shipments, inspect for damage, and store products in designated areas, while also ensuring accurate and damage-free outbound shipments.

8. Order Preparation: Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accurate quantities and types.

9. Inventory Organization: Store shipping materials and supplies in an organized manner, maintaining adequate quantities.

10. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure precise inventory counts.

11. Following health and safety procedures.

12. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and comfortable with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs

Education & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations (shipping/receiving) required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience dealing with freight carriers and scheduling shipments
  • Experience with inventory management
