Job Overview
Innovation HVAC Services LLC is seeking a reliable and organized Forklift Operator & Material Handler. Operate flatbed trucks and trailers, including safely backing off trailers in tight or congested areas to manage the flow of materials that keep our projects on track. This full-time position involves receiving deliveries, picking up materials, transporting supplies to job sites, and maintaining an efficient, safe, and clean warehouse environment. You'll operate forklifts and drive company trucks-sometimes with trailers-to ensure that the right materials get to the right place at the right time. Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against packing lists or purchase orders.
  • Safely operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials.
  • Pick up materials from suppliers and deliver them to job sites on schedule.
  • Drive company vehicles, including trucks with trailers, in compliance with all traffic and safety regulations.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse for efficiency and easy access to materials.
  • Track and document inventory levels, reporting shortages or damaged items.
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are stored securely and properly.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures while on-site or on the road.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned to support operations.
  • Operate flatbed trucks and trailers, including safely backing off trailers in tight or congested areas.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations or material handling preferred.
  • Ability to operate a forklift safely (certification preferred, training available).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to tow trailers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
