As a Pro designer, your primary responsibility will be growing the trade accounts and develop our brand within the trade market. You will be responsible for creating new accounts and managing your own diary to suit our trade customers needs and requirements. You will be expected to manage and develop our existing accounts to meet and exceed sales and delivery targets. You will report directly to the Showroom manager and work within the showroom team. This role will offer you the freedom and creativity to build some great working relationships and achieve your own personal goals. Key responsibilities: To meet and exceed, sales and delivery targets within your showrooms as part of a team Build relationships with trade customers and their clients through excellent customer service Explain and demonstrate the Wren benefits to all trade customers and their clients Schedule customer appointments for home measures & design consultations. Generate inspirational designs from customer requirements using our award winning 3D CAD software. Review final kitchen plans with trade customers and their clients before kitchen production. Explain key documents to customers so they are clear on what they are receiving as part of their purchase. Follow up on trade enquiries who are yet to book showroom appointments. Maintain a kitchen order bank to ensure customers are communicated to and that deliveries are booked on time. Identify opportunities for further growth within the trade team. Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but isn't essential in this role as we believe in growing our talent. About You Our showrooms are the best in the business, but ultimately, Wren is defined by its people. We are looking for self-motivated high achievers who are passionate about looking after our customers.
