The Manager, Physical Therapy (PT Manager) leads a team of Physical Therapists and contributes to the overall development of the PT Organization by enabling key operational projects. The PT Manager ensures our physical therapists are effectively evaluating and treating patients via telehealth, and that services are delivered in a cost-effective manner. The successful candidate is both a talented clinical operations and people manager who motivates and inspires a remote, distributed team. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment and proactively identifies opportunities to improve the operations and clinical outcomes of a virtual physical therapy team. This leader is skilled in supporting and up-leveling clinicians' digital health skills and patient care management. The candidate has demonstrated success in leading teams through continual change while keeping business outcomes and team satisfaction high.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
PT Team Patient Management: Coaches and supports team to meet and/or improve upon performance relating to PT SLAs, case load management, clinical documentation, and compliance.
PT Team Patient Satisfaction and Outcomes: Coaches and supports team to meet and/or improve upon performance relating to member feedback and clinical outcomes. Continually strengthen PTs' digital health efficacy and delivery of a Best In Class telehealth experience.
Operational Effectiveness: drives operational improvement projects, including the development of new SOPs, reinforcement of quality assurance measures, and process improvement measures.
People Leadership: hires and onboards A-Players as needed and supports the performance and professional growth of employees to achieve team and company goals.

Team Management: continually monitors, coaches and drives performance improvement for direct reports relative to PT Outcomes
Problem-solving: Finds solutions to a variety of clinical, operational and business challenges faced by the team. Navigates the organization efficiently and effectively to align the appropriate stakeholders to make high quality decisions.
Operational Improvement: Utilizes data and qualitative feedback to identify operational improvements that will help drive key business outcomes. Designs and leads experiments, develops standard operating procedures, and monitors team outcomes.
Change Management: mobilizes and coaches team members through the change process to deliver results and outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
Time Management & Accountability: Effectively balances competing demands. Prioritizes managerial responsibilities and critical strategic projects.
Effective communication: Communicates effectively with direct reports, leadership team, and cross-functional collaborators.

Pursuant to State Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:
Colorado & New York State annual salary: $115,600 - $173,400
New York City annual salary: $137,600 - $206,400
